Chromebooks for Secondary and Virtual Students

Linden Community Schools offers Chromebook devices for in-school and at-home educational use to all High School, Middle School, and LCS Virtual students. Devices and power adapters are checked out to students at the beginning of the school year and must be returned at the end of the school year.  During the year, students are responsible to come prepared to each class with their charged Chromebook. Charging lockers, with power cords, are available in common areas of each building for additional charging needs throughout the school day.

Click here for information on how to protect your student's Chromebook against fines for damage by signing up for our optional Chromebook Coverage Policy.

Students are encouraged to first go to their teacher or a peer for troubleshooting as most issues are related to the content being used on the Chromebook and not with the Chromebook itself. If the issue cannot be resolved in the classroom, students may visit the Media Center in their building to speak to a Technology and Media Assistant. When a Technology and Media Assistant is unavailable, students or parents can contact the Technology Department help desk Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 3:30 pm at:
